1. The business of modeling

After being in the business for 22 years I have consistently seen the need for professional training in the fashion modeling and entertainment industry.
There are no Government schools that teach the subject properly and the training is left to the private sector.

CBMA is an Academy for the training and development of future talent in the fashion model, TV and film industries.

One only has to look at the success of IDOLS talent search to see how much demand there is from the public for this kind of activity, it has reached new levels, it seems every child and parent wants fame or fortune or both. Idols is the number one TV show in the world today.

We are recruiting the biggest names in the fashion and entertainment industry to teach and give the benefit of their personal experience, as much as possible we want our students to go to the actual work place,
E.g. for the photography class our students will visit the studio of a top fashion photographer and see first hand how it all works and the set up involved.

    Classes

Classes are open to everyone between the ages of 13 to 25.
We have transport to assist the families and students to and from the Academy and other training venues..

Courses are for both male and female students with slight variation for specialized classes.
Male courses will be more physical and female courses more beauty orientated, while most classes will still be co-ed.

Courses include monthly fashion shows in front of live audiences and celebrities giving our students a taste of what it’s like to be in a fashion show and walk the ramp.
